- Weight: a half load of concrete costs more than a full load of cardboard

Great service from start to finish! I hired them to remove a large amount of pallets, and they did an excellent job. Metro Junk & Hauling is owned and run by Ermis and Eric, two local guys based right here in Sterling Heights. We started this company to give Metro Detroit a junk removal service that answers the phone, shows up when we say we will, and charges a fair price.
We handle every job ourselves. The person who answers your text is the same person who shows up, confirms your price before anything gets lifted, and does the heavy work. We treat your home or business with respect and sweep up before we leave.
We work with homeowners, landlords, realtors, contractors, and businesses, from a single mattress to a full property cleanout. Need it gone today or on a Saturday? Just ask. We take same day and weekend jobs whenever our schedule is open, and we're happy to take on the odd jobs other haulers turn down.

Do I need to be home?
No. Leave everything curbside or in an open garage and we'll take care of it. You're welcome to be there if you want to be.
Can you come today?

How do I pay?
We take cash, Venmo, Zelle, and card.
Do I have to help load anything?
No. We do all the lifting and loading, and we sweep up when we're done.
Do you take mattresses?
Yes, we take mattresses and box springs.
Do you take TVs and electronics?
Yes. TVs and electronics have an extra charge because they cost more to dispose of properly.
What can't you take?
We can't haul paint, chemicals, propane tanks, or tires.
Do you work with landlords and businesses?
Yes. We handle rental cleanouts, commercial jobs, and repeat pickups for landlords, property managers, and businesses. Text us to set something up.
